Shift the Power Conference 2023 by Global Fund for Community Foundations.
The #ShiftThePower Conference (Bogotá, December 5-7, 2023) provided us with an opportunity to share our vision with the world. During the conference, we facilitated two one-hour participatory workshops centered on the themes of labor, language, and leadership. These workshops aimed to create a supportive space for individuals to explore their experiences within the development and philanthropy sectors. Participants engaged in journaling to document their insights and contributed to a collective collage installation that visually represented their reflections on these themes.
